International Superstar Soccer 64 (officially abbreviated as ISS 64, originally released in Japan as Jikkyou J.League Perfect Striker and then later adapted as Jikkyou World Soccer 3) is a football video game developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka in the International Superstar Soccer series by Konami and released for the Nintendo 64 that is essentially a Nintendo 64 version of International. Konami has long been known for great soccer games, especially overseas. Perfect Striker debuted in Japan for the Nintendo 64 shortly before Christmas, and it has earned critical acclaim ever since. Finally, under its new (and tentative) title of International SuperStar Soccer, U.S. Gamers will get a chance to try what could very well shape up to be the best soccer game ever.

Note: This game is also titled J-League Perfect Striker.

At the title screen, press Up, L, Up, L, Down, L, Down, L, Left, R, Right, R, Left, R, Right, R, B, A, hold Z + Start. If you entered the code correctly, the announcer will say 'What an incredible comeback!'. Now choose the 'All Stars' from the team selection screen to select the Euro Stars A, Euro Stars B, Asian Stars, African Stars, All American Stars and World Stars teams. These teams normally appear only after the game is defeated in league mode. Note: Only two additional teams are available in the Japanese version of the game.

At the title screen, press C-Up(2), C-Down(2), C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, B, A, hold Z + Start. If you entered the code correctly, the announcer will say 'Goal'.

Keep tapping C-Down when running or standing still.

Hold Back after the ball is kicked.
